Standard Process for Requesting Packaging Materials for Support：

Requesting of Packaging Materials is done every 1st day of the Month. In order for you to be qualified to receive packaging materials, you must:

1. Must have more than 500 regular parcels per month or 3 months total of 1000+ parcels
2. The total number of your regular parcels must be higher than your previous month. If it is lower than your previous month, request for packaging materials will not be approved.
3. For Flash Home Partners with Shopee Parcels, you can request for A4 or A3 pouches only. You can only request for 50% - 80% of your total number of Shopee Parcels and must have a transfer rate of more than 85%
4. For Regular Parcels, you can request for packaging materials which is equivalent to 2php per parcel. For example: 1000 parcels is equal to 2000php packaging materials
